ABL セッション
今回からカテーテルアブレーションもビデオライブで参加いたします。
心房細動アブレーションはパルスフィールドアブレーション（PFA）が主流となっており、PFAのtipsをご紹介したいと思います。また、1回のアブレーションでは根治できないような難治性心房細動に対して3D mappingシステムを駆使したアブレーションをご紹介し議論していきたいと考えております。
CSP セッション
Conduction system pacing（CSP）は、生理的な心室伝導を再現する次世代のペーシング手法として近年急速に発展しており、その中でも left bundle branch area pacing（LBBAP） は臨床アウトカムの改善に大きく寄与する新たな戦略として注目されています。
一方で、その導入率には依然として施設間格差が存在しており、標準化・習熟の加速が求められています。
本セッションでは、ライブデモンストレーションを通じて「安全かつシンプルにCSPを完遂するための実践的アプローチ」を共有し、皆さまとともに臨床現場で即応可能な戦略について活発なディスカッションを行いたいと思います。
TAVIセッション
近年、経カテーテル的大動脈弁留置術（TAVI）の適応は拡大しています。しかしながら、TAVI後の経皮的冠動脈インターベンション（PCI）は、人工弁のフレームを通して冠動脈にカテーテルをengageする必要があり、症例によっては困難となる場合があります。本セッションでは、実際の臨床症例を提示しながら、TAVI後PCIの際に直面する技術的課題や工夫を整理し、経験豊富なオペレーターによるtips and tricksを共有します。

ABL Session
From this year, we will also participate in the video live Session with two catheter ablation cases.
Pulsed field ablation (PFA) has become the predominant approach for atrial fibrillation, and we would like to share some practical tips for performing PFA effectively. In addition, we plan to present and discuss ablation strategies for challenging, refractory atrial fibrillation cases that cannot be completely cured with a single procedure, utilizing advanced 3D mapping systems.
CSP Session
Conduction system pacing (CSP) has rapidly emerged in recent years as a next-generation pacing strategy that reproduces physiological ventricular activation. Among its approaches, left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) has attracted particular attention for its potential to significantly improve clinical outcomes.
However, substantial inter-facility variability in its adoption still exists, highlighting the need for further standardization and wider dissemination of implantation techniques. In this Session, through a live demonstration, we aim to share practical and reproducible approaches to performing CSP safely and simply, and to engage in an active discussion with the audience on strategies that can be readily implemented in clinical practice.
TAVI Session
In recent years, the indications for transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) have expanded. However, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) after TAVI can be technically challenging, as it requires engaging the coronary arteries through the frame of the transcatheter valve. In this Session, we will present clinical cases, review the technical difficulties and strategies encountered in PCI after TAVI, and share tips and tricks from experienced operators.
